At the beginning of the Chinese New Year, everything is renewed, and the factory of Roche Energy is constantly moving forward, with production tasks being efficiently executed. The employees are dressed in neat and uniform dustproof clothing, fully engaged in the busy production line, skillfully controlling various equipment, and accurately carry out their respective tasks, demonstrating a high level of professional manufacturing standards and excellent teamwork ability.

How did all of this happen? Shall we go into every aspect of production line manufacturing.

Firstly, we came to the Logistics Department. It accurately controls the quality and supply of raw materials, which is related to the production progress and final quality of finished products. “The Logistics Department plays the role of a production supervisor,” said the head of the Logistics Department. After each sales order is placed, we will develop a detailed delivery and shipping plan. At the same time, in order to respond to various unexpected situations such as suppliers’ failure to deliver on time, defects in raw material quality, and abnormal production processes in a timely manner, we have developed various emergency plans. At present, the achievement rate of the Logistics Department’s plan is stable at over 95%, thanks to the efficient execution and unremitting efforts of the team. In the future, we will continue to improve work methods, optimize operational processes, improve execution efficiency, and better serve the smooth achievement of the company’s large-scale production and delivery goals.

Next, we came to the Equipment Maintenance Department. Its primary responsibility is to regularly inspect the production equipment, carry out necessary maintenance and upkeep, and ensure the smooth operation of the production line. The person in charge of the Equipment Maintenance Department stated that our current work focus is mainly on two aspects: First, strengthening inspection work to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation; Second, preparing for the introduction of new equipment to improve production efficiency and product quality. At the same time, the department has also increased training for personnel and increased sensitivity to equipment operation, in order to detect and handle faults in the shortest possible time. With so much effort, the equipment failure rate has decreased; the efficiency of the production line has improved; and product quality and delivery time have also been guaranteed.

“Production Core, Efficiency Supreme.” We arrived at the Manufacturing Department, where its efficient operation directly determines the production efficiency of the assembly line and the delivery capability of the products. The head of the Manufacturing Department explained that the it has implemented a flexible scheduling system to ensure an adequate workforce even during periods of intense production tasks. Regarding employee training, the company has adopted multi-dimensional and multi-level cultivation measures, including team building, multi-skilled worker training, employee incentive mechanisms, etc., to cultivate employees’ problem-solving abilities and enhance their overall quality. As a result, employees not only learn more methods to solve problems but also strengthen their sense of belonging and responsibility to the company, providing strong support for the company’s production operations. Even in the face of production downturns or emergencies, the Manufacturing Department can flexibly respond without affecting the production schedule.

Finally, we arrived at the Quality Department, responsible for strict control over the stability of product quality, meet delivery standards, and satisfy customer delivery requirements. The head of the Quality Department stated that our work pace is fast. In addition to conducting material inspections and supplier controls, we must promptly address production line abnormalities to ensure product quality standards are met, while actively responding to customer complaints. Therefore, the Quality Department has proposed a series of improvement measures, including establishing status boards, enhancing material inspection efficiency, and improving internal information systems, aiming to enhance the overall quality assurance level of the enterprise.

During the busy season of the New Year’s start, we unexpectedly learned that a batch of important orders due for delivery on February 29th had been affected by the Chinese New Year holiday, causing a certain degree of delay in the task progress. At this critical moment, the head of the Operations Center stated that to ensure the smooth operation of the production line and timely delivery of products, we had pre-reserved materials and closely cooperated with suppliers to ensure timely supply. Additionally, to guarantee production, the company implemented a return-to-work subsidy policy to encourage workers to return promptly after the holiday. Through coordination with departments such as Human Resources and Administration, the company effectively managed employee attendance. The implementation of these measures resulted in production line efficiency exceeding expectations, with a daily completion rate of over 90%. The successful completion of these orders not only demonstrated the seamless cooperation among various departments within the company and the efficient operation of the production line but also showcased the company’s high regard for customer needs and its ability to respond quickly to orders.
