Overseas Sales Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the company’s overseas sales operations, including new client outreach, existing client maintenance, contract negotiation and fulfillment, and achievement of sales targets.


Job Duties

  1. Conduct sales promotions and client outreach in overseas markets to boost sales performance
  2. Develop sales targets based on company sales plans and ensure target achievement
  3. Gain an in-depth understanding of company products to offer clients professional product recommendations that meet their needs
  4. Handle contract signing and fulfillment in alignment with company policies
  5. Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong client relationships
  6. Participate in the planning and execution of sales projects to improve sales outcomes
  7. Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and provide data insights to support company sales decision-making

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  2. No work experience required; experience in energy storage or photovoltaic component sales is a plus
  3. Strong communication skills and team-oriented, with the ability to handle work-related pressure
  4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for verbal and written communication
  5. Passionate about sales, with a proactive mindset for market expansion
  6. Proficient in basic office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
